We were both happy to be on the move again, seven days at the last stelplatz was a bit too long.

We are now parked up at a ACSI campsite in Schweich, 15€ a night with the ACSI card. We thought we were heading for a stellplatz but when I checked in the bord atlas it does say it’s a campsite that offers a Quick Stop for motorhomes for 5.50€ (arrive in the evening and leave before 9am).

The site is by the river next to the marina, it’s a bit noisy the road on the opposite bank is busy and we are parked not far from the A48 bridge across the Mosel.

We like the site, there’s lots going on, just after we parked up a sea plane took off on the river in front of the campsite.

We have parked next to a couple from the UK, we spent a very enjoyable evening with them.
