I think it’s even hotter today, in the morning we cycled to the Lidl supermarket, it’s an easy route, no hills and we didn’t ride on the road much.

After lunch Charlie and Carol arrived for the MHF meet, they have a lovely dog called Henry, Rosemary has got a bit confused and has been calling Charlie by his dogs name.

In the evening we all got together for drinks, had a really good time but think we all had a bit too much wine again.
